Flexible scheduling, very accommodating as long as you give notice.
Management was competent and helpful.
Hires good employees, for the most part.Cons
The flexible scheduling made some days difficult when not enough people came in.
Hours could be very tight, some people only got to work 10 a week.Advice to Senior Management
Excellent communication between managers and employees.
The Mervyn's card might have been pushed a little too much, could irritate many customers from time to time and the reward was not great. -
