    Pros

Pay was alright, certainly not enough if you worked overtime(pretty much required if you wanted to get your job done). Great people to work with.

    Cons

Never enough payroll hours to complete any job. Mostly you were expected to get the job done, but never supported in order to do it. If you offered suggestions for improvement, they were not listened to or appreciated.

    Pros

I made friends and got to grow professionally. It was a great starter job.

    Cons

The worse part of the job was working in the men's department. I always called it the dungeon because I rarely saw any forms of life in the area. I basically got to organize and clean throughout my shift.

    Pros

I was able to learn how to manage a larger group of people in a retail environment. I also had the ablity to be with a store from the beginning to the end.

    Cons

The company was under going a bankrupcy and that left me without a job at a very hard time. However it was a very good learning experience.

    Advice to Management

Management should stand behind their demands instead of looking for under management to put mistakes on.

    Pros

easy work, good co workers, ok discount on clothing.

    Cons

Bad pay. New people were being hired at a higher rate of pay then me. When I asked for a raise to match what new people were makeing I was denied.

    Advice to Management

treat people better and not take advantage of them.

    Pros

they wrote paychecks and many of the employees were longtimers

    Cons

hateful, bitter management that sucked the life out of any room they entered. If you smiled while working, they seemed to think it was "fun" and would quickly find a job for you that would wipe the smile off your face. Work in the warehouse because you like lifting and not dealing with people? Congratulations! You are now on floor sales. Enjoy helping people shop, making purchase suggestions? Congratulations! You are now folding sweaters for the rest of your career.

    Advice to Management

believe it or not, people are actually productive if you allow them to enjoy their work.
