    It was a learning experience

Department Manager (Former Employee) Sacramento, CA

ProsI was able to learn how to manage a larger group of people in a retail environment. I also had the ablity to be with a store from the beginning to the end.

ConsThe company was under going a bankrupcy and that left me without a job at a very hard time. However it was a very good learning experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement should stand behind their demands instead of looking for under management to put mistakes on.

    suckiest place ive ever worked

Retail Sales (Current Employee) Sacramento, CA

Prosthey wrote paychecks and many of the employees were longtimers

Conshateful, bitter management that sucked the life out of any room they entered. If you smiled while working, they seemed to think it was "fun" and would quickly find a job for you that would wipe the smile off your face. Work in the warehouse because you like lifting and not dealing with people? Congratulations! You are now on floor sales. Enjoy helping people shop, making purchase suggestions? Congratulations! You are now folding sweaters for the rest of your career.

Advice to Senior Managementbelieve it or not, people are actually productive if you allow them to enjoy their work.
