Pros
Flexible schedule.
Unlimited pay opportunity.
Cons
Leads given to agent are of very poor quality.
Agents is in many cases required to preform service work on clients that are not in his book of business.
Advice to Senior Management
More support to new agents and much less favoritism given to the senior agents with company supplied leads.

It is a real good place to get comprehensive training before moving on.

There are high office expenses after two years.

Balance life and work, most of work schedule is flexible except those working in the area with monthly and quarterly reporting.

Training and development opportunities for employee. If you have excellent communication skills and people skills, this is a great company for career advancement. otherwise, looking somethere else.
Pros
A great work-life balance and unlimited company resources. MetLife Real Estate is a big player in commercial real estate so the exposure was nice. Management is nice and the pay is decent.
Cons
It is a nice place to end your career but if you are hungry and smart the corporate politics that will hamstring you to death. The money is also no where near what other working in similar position in NYC are earning. MetLife is a slow nurturing environment that will hinder your ambitions if you are there for too long.
Advice to Senior Management
Wake up realize that the smartest people in your organizations are the ones whom you currently take for granted. Just because you hold an MD or Senior MD title does not mean that you know everything or deserve your position.
Pros
MetLife offers great benefits - especially their medical and dental. They offer a generous PTO / time off package as well.
Cons
Working in a sales office offers no areas or opportunities for advancement. Politics. This might not hold true when working for the MetLife corporate office.

Listen to your employees and treat them equally and fairly. Again, this might not hold true at the MetLife corporate office.

Flexible working scheduals at sales agency.
Cons
Little pay for middle sales managers. Also much less opportunities for middle sales managers to be promoted any more due to current merges of diffent career agencies.

Senior managers need to respect the middle sales management more in terms compensasion and decision making. keep your policy more consitantly!

It is a growing company so a person can explore himself regarding towards his career. The environment of the company is really good. Senior management is quite supportive in their nature.

As i said it is one of the growing company of India, the market share of the company is quite less so as a employee of the company we face some problems as compare to the leaders of this sector i.e. ICICI, HDFC, etc..
