    Pros

    Very good and competent resources to work with, allowing sales to bring value to their customer.

    Cons

    Not enough people focused, no vision and bad execution from management.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your people and rely on their experiences and success.

    Pros

    Great coworkers make the rest livable. The middle management in some parts of the country is also excellent.

    Cons

    tenable ticketing software. lousy pay little to no pay increases across the board. elective management and HR working hard to squeeze every penny and perk of the job away from the staff.

    Advice to Management

    try treating the employees better. They are the ones that make your customers happy. Look where the company is really bleeding money from rather then squeezing the little guys personal pocket books.

    Co-workers are nice to work with.

    Cons

    Doesn't seem to have much regard for employees. Not enough thought goes into decisions. They seem to panic easily and make rash decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Think decisions through and talk to the people who are doing the jobs.

    Good pay and benefits. Certain freedom, training, .... Good people to work with, good location.

    Cons

    No management vision or direction, almost non existing management. Minimal chance of advancement.

    Pros

    The freedom is great if you are a self starter and get results. You have more power than you think as long as you are aligned with management goals.

    Cons

    Complacency was a problem. Some employees still slide along under the radar. Management is not focused or consistent.

    Advice to Management

    Walk the talk, be consistent and get realistic.

    Pros

    Second Friday off, alright working hours, lenient dress code

    Cons

    Worst management ever, favouritism and possible racism. Fear based managing strategies. No upward movement. With management I mean the service desk manager who spoonfeeds and puppets everyone, lack of managing experience or general management skills. Dictatorship environment. Worst company to work with. Politics and lies prevail.

    Advice to Management

    Stop dictating, distrusting and let people do the job they are hired for. Upward movement should be based on knowledge and skill. As well not on buttering technique. The best advice to the top is to get rid of the petty managers and hire new people before damage is extensive
