    Pros

company and people are good and benefits are too

    Cons

too many managers and executives cannot be trusted to be honest. Managers are well known to lie and cover their own mistakes by blaming others and executives are too blind to see through the dishonesty

    Advice to Management

get ris of a lot of lying long time managers who have ruined good people through lies and cover ups and train executives to see through the crap

    Pros

Nuclear experience for your resume. Decent benefits and profit sharing. Good shift differential for off shift. Great outlook for future on paper.

    Cons

Low pay due to low pay scales from corporate. Lack of compassion for people on off shift when considering family life. It is very hard to switch shifts. A lot of production leadership have little to no understanding of quality concerns which makes working for quality very difficult.

    Pros

Profit sharing is good. Time off policies are OK depending on manager. Leadership needs help.

    Cons

Overall MetalTek is a good corporation, however individual divisional management is not brought in to the fold and could use training. Corporate is more concerned with profits and promoting themselves rather than division management and operations.

    Advice to Management

Get divisional managers up to speed on being corporate managers. Director was an industry expert but not good at organizational performance.

    Pros

Many people with solid technical expertise and many years of experience

    Cons

Lots of talk about changing the culture of the company but no one has been able to define it and describe it in the same way if at all Company doesn't value it's people, only the work it produces; strict policies, high turnover, poor leadership and morale

    Advice to Management

Define the culture to the employees, value personal growth and the people who work for you
