Pros

The family type enviorment is a very big reason i feel so comfortable working there. There are many opportunities for advancment, and theres always new things happening. A large variety of jobs to do.

Cons

It's still a job where you are punching a clock on a set schedule. And like any job, there are always people who are only punching a clock, not there to do their best or give their best effort! They just want to get their eight hrs in and go home! They just want that check at the end of the week. That is probably the hardest thing to deal with. Overall it's a great place to work!

Pros

It is a large company. They have made it through more then one chapter 11 so they can probably make it through another one.

Cons

There is a lack of company ethics. They do not go to market in a responsible manner.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't say one thing publically then instruct employees to do something else.
