“Ample of opportunity to learn and work on projects.”
I have been working at Metaoption Software full-time for less than a year
Pros – Learning and growing opportunity,on time salary credit,project handling experience,friendly workforce.
Cons – low compensation for freshers,lack of efficient infrastructure.
Advice to Senior Management – class room training programs for freshers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Metaoption Software full-time for less than a year
Pros – If u are really eager to learn new things...u have plenty time here for learning.
Cons – They didnot provide any training for freshers condidate.u have to learn all thing from your own exp..sallery structure is not good.
Advice to Senior Management – there should be a clear communication between management and employee..so that employee can understand what exactly management want from employee side.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
