    - Good company to get your professional career experience.
    - Good training as well.

Yikes...Potential Candidates Beware! Avoid This Organization At All Costs.

    Pros

Offices are located in the heart of Gastown...and that's where the benefits end.

    Cons

Management and executive leadership promote a bullying mentality among their employees; No process for reporting threatening behaviour; Salary expectations are never achieved, even after successful completion of quotas; High turnover of employees - noted at between 4-6 per month. Don't kid yourself, you are not helping non-profits nearly as much as you claim, rather, you are putting money in the CEO's pockets.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Threatening and abusive behaviour should not be tolerated; Policies and a reporting process is legally required to be implemented within every organizations structure - despite your stubborn attitude towards one. Please stop lying to your candidates and employee's.

    Pros

    - Great company for recent grads looking to create a solid foundation for future career
    - Mid size company – this was important because you would have the ability to receive more responsibilities sooner and a lot of opportunities for growth. The beauty was that you were competing for a higher position with less people.
    - Managers are supportive and approachable. You would be rewarded for your hard work. Really nice, friendly staff who are always willing to help too.
    - The CEO is a very easy going person and values staff’s opinion.
    - Fun social events throughout the year to promote team building.

    Cons

    - Need some training for positions that are sales related to get a better understanding of what sales reps do so that we could help them more effectively

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Whenever there are major changes taking place in the company, the management team should take into consideration the opinions and input from the administrative team

    Cons

Hard sell to non-profits. they don't want to spend money to get money. Client don't believe you and say it's too good to be true.

Former Employee - Inside Sales Representative in Vancouver, BC (Canada)

    Pros

Some very nice people work there.

    Cons

There is no training (unless you think that a binder with information is training). They are very strict about time off, even your allotted vacation time. No opportunity for advancement. Revolving door (~10 people quick within the last 6 months). Managers are not helpful, only worry about themselves. They also don't have a lot of life or sales experience outside of the company, so they think MS is the best company ever without even realizing what they are talking about. You will be promised the world in the recruitment process and then you will receive nothing. If you take a bit of a longer lunch or use the washroom, you are always watched. They would probably chain you to your desk if they could. Many of their policies are blatantly illegal. I think there is a case for labour relations investigation for sure. Disgusting facilities, problem computers. It just goes on and on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the management team will never clue into their mistakes.

some of the sales people are very nice people and you can work from home.

    Cons

micro-management, revolving staff, no salary, product over priced in it's market and to it's customers, unhappy staff.

Former Employee - Senior Account Manager in Vancouver, BC (Canada)

    Pros

Working from home, helping non-profits find the funding that they need to achieve their goals.

    Cons

Number crunching robots that manage the sales staff and forget there are real people behind those numbers. Rigid ideals, lack of flexibility in accommodating employees when they fall ill. Closed door policy when it comes to upper management. Losing customers to another department for renewals after spending sometimes years building the relationships and making the sale. Starting with zero every single month.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be human, be real - care for the people who get you your bonuses.
