    Pros

    for new hires with no experience you are required to go through a Residency program, the length depends on the unit you get hired to. The pay during the residency is pretty low but getting a job right out of school is an amazing feeling

    low starting pay, and one of the lowest paying hospitals in san antonio, tx

    I really enjoyed the people, from the doctors and nurses, to all of the support staff and administrators, there are some really good people that work here.

    Cons

    Hope you like to be micro-managed, and can adapt to something changing everyday .... Show up, do Your job and someone else's and it still will not be enough.

    I don't see any pros at the moment

    Cons

    I am underpaid for my experience level. Convoluted process to acquire raises. Multiple times I have not received across the board raises. Micromanaged, worked to death!

    The people are nice. It is a good profession and management seems to treat people well. Flexible scheduling.

    Cons

    I was only with the company for a short while and was unable to get to know very many people on a deeper level. Had to work a holiday.
