Incompetent management and a cheap firm

    (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsSome people were helpful if you had questions

ConsHR is completely incompetent of their job and management only cares about current partners making their own money. When hired, they will lowball your salary, make you work ridiculous hours with no extra incentive, and lay you off when the work slows down.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer some legitimate training to new hires and give an incentive to work all that overtime that's asked for by giving it back in PTO or with a bonus. Also, HR should be replaced. Making employees' lateness known firm wide while HR is absent at least twice a week is very unprofessional.
