  1. Great work environment

    Former Intern - Marketing/Sales Intern
    Former Intern - Marketing/Sales Intern

I worked at Metis Group as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The sales and marketing team will really help you when you start working there. They will take you through your daily tasks and work with you until you get the hang of the work pace and duties.

    Cons

The work can become a bit tedious until moving up in the company. Could be a lot of searching for leads either online or locally.

    Advice to Management

Positive company values, the overall goals of the company are quite positive and benefit the employees

    Pros

Some people were helpful if you had questions

    Cons

HR is completely incompetent of their job and management only cares about current partners making their own money. When hired, they will lowball your salary, make you work ridiculous hours with no extra incentive, and lay you off when the work slows down.

    Advice to Management

Offer some legitimate training to new hires and give an incentive to work all that overtime that's asked for by giving it back in PTO or with a bonus. Also, HR should be replaced. Making employees' lateness known firm wide while HR is absent at least twice a week is very unprofessional.
