Cons

Family and friends run the company. You will not be promoted, but they make you think you will. Positions change all the time...bosses change every few months. Lower management (not family or friends) must work 6 days a week in November and December. Men might have to stand post any given day. No personal or sick days allowed for lower management. Family members and friends hardly work. You'll see them come in at 11 and leave by 3.

Advice to Senior Management

Share the wealth. Lower management does most of the dirty work and get paid poorly. Stop with the lies. Treat employees with respect.
