Cons – Things constantly change, and sometimes not for the good of things. They really don't care about your family life, they want you to give your everything to them.

Cons – Promotions happen on a buddy system. Favoritism is obvious, and when management realizes mistakes, they brush them under the carpet.

Advice to Senior Management – Make interviews equal and standardized rather than tailoring them to fit one specific candidate you'd like to promote

Cons – Irate customers if they have phone issues and need to purchase new. Retail life...evenings and weekends. If you hit management that's the ceiling. There's really nowhere you can advance from there.
