    Pros

Benefits, atmosphere, and ability to work both as an individual and as a team at all levels; upper management to street crews.

    Cons

Insuring that all levels from upper management to street crews understand what the final objective is and that it is always at the best interest of The District

I have been working at Metro St. Louis Sewer District full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good solid organization. Good fiscal management. Some areas of the company are flexible and make a good attempt to engage employees.

    Cons

Top HR management is not a credit to the company. They teach empowerment but manage the HR group in a command-and-control dictatorial style, treating professionals as children.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of current HR Director and Assistant Director of HR and the entire company would benefit.
