    Don't lose the autonomy now that MPCS is owned by T-Mobile. Benefits are still wonderful, keep it up!

    I have been working at MetroPCS full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Decent salary and benefits. Hourly for a RSL is around $13 to $14 per hours plus 35% commissiont. You make commission for every hour that you work. Quota and goals are easy to meet if you are good in sales. Overall great company.

    Cons

    Rude and cheap customers. Retail hours. Not much advanment opportunities.

    Had a lot of autonomy to make decisions and had easy access to Sr. Management, including CEO

    Cons

    Work-life balance was sub-optimal - they did not encourage any type of work from home policy

    Allow for more flexibility so employees have a better balance between professional and home life.

    This job is extremely easy. No real job duties.

    Cons

    No benefits. No breaks. Franchise so different owners will treat the business differently. Unorganized. Very low pay.

    Good co-workers, good organization, The company is better with Tmobile fusion, good benefits and shifts, Good compensation, fun work environment

    Cons

    Some of the employees are unmotivated & just coast along on the hard working coworkers backs.

    Nice hours, some holidays off & good perks for employees! Since we've joined the T-Mobile umbrella we get better perks. Team commission but I'd prefer individual.

    Some of the employees are unmotivated & just coast along on the hard working coworkers backs.

    Pros

    Easy,basic, good enviremont and a great way to work on your customer service skills. Management is very nice and will help work with you and are very understanding.

    Cons

    Low pay, not enough hours, okay management. I have a problem when I sell a galaxy s5, and get nothing for it. Not even, a dollar more. Kinda seems like I can't grow in this company.

    Please start a good commission.
