    Pros

Great opportunities for employees to make an impact in the company and have their voices heard at all levels of corporate leadership. Executive management does a good job of interacting with employees regularly and have made great strides over the last few years to nurture and maintain the company's unique culture as the company grows. Employees are provided with ample opportunities and incentives to seek and achieve growth on the company's dime. In addition to competitive salaries and benefits, employees get to work on projects that help communities or foster personal interests.

    Cons

None. I know that if issues arise executives are willing to help employees work through them. What more could an employee ask for?

    Advice to Management

Continue investing in the immensely talented team you have created.

    Pros

Broad mix of talented and creative individuals both in skill and background. Encourages self-improvement, training, and the role of collaboration as well as "play" (excellent on-site game space) in intellectual inspiration and progress. Great team building events and parties throughout the year, excellent location near Reston Town Center.

    Cons

Needs more engagement in the private sector to complement vast federal government clientele, and balance existing clients.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work; encourage a more open non-partial interaction with HR that includes deeper engagement with project/program management to ensure that work-life balance and therefore employees' physical and mental health is cared for.

    Pros

Fun events and break area at the corporate office. Nice and skilled technologists. A few of the Senior Managers, Digital in particular are outstanding.

    Cons

Executive and Senior management are weak. Their only interest in trading the commodity of people. No foresight, fake culture, and greedy account managers. Matrix Management model is a constant point of contention. Over work and under appreciate talent, and develop corporate strategy on hopes and dreams. Only the handful of people who are at HQ get any of the benefit of the work hard play hard culture those on a client site get the occasional happy hour and a disconnected feeling.

    Advice to Management

Stop trading on people while using the fake culture as a mirage. Games and puzzles don't make a culture it's a front, the smartest people will figure it out, and you'll be stuck with only the naive.

    Pros

Plenty of opportunities in a variety of projects, with the chance to work on research programs with many teams.

    Cons

Young company with shallow experience levels; lacks proper guidance and training within the culture.

    Advice to Management

Invest valuable time in ALL your employees, and listen when they bring you ideas.

    Pros

Great culture, fun activities, everyone is incredibly smart and work really hard. The owners balance each other well and it is fun to watch a small company grow to a large corporation! This is the place to be right now! They do some many neat, interesting and innovative things from SharePoint, to Mobile Applications to Cybersecurity to Infrastructure.

    Cons

Not really any cons for this place. Good work life balance, benefits are very competitive and the owners are very in tune with employees

    Advice to Management

On the right track, as the organization changes continue to try to keep that small company culture.

    Pros

With a firm grip on the government and civilian space, they also successfully transitioned into a product company with Zoomph. They provided solid training opportunities and promoted a good work/life balance.

    Cons

Had some issues transitioning into the commercial space and do not have a particularly loyal attitude toward newer employees. The nature of contractual business dictates that bodies need to fill seats, and anyone is expendable if a contract falls through or isn't renewed.

    Pros

You get to work with some great, talented people Contemporary office

    Cons

Terribly mismanaged, the sheer fact that they're still in business and are awarded contracts baffles me. Praying isn't a strategy. Complete lack of transparency. Nepotism. Long, painful hours. Continually over-promise and under-deliver.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating people like cattle, like a commodity. Treat people like people and seriously consider actually acting how a company should. I have not recommended this company to any friends.

    Pros

Cool office environment Great co-workers Dedicated Staff

    Cons

Management has no clue how to lead business. They started this business out of college with no prior business background, and they are not willing to take advice. Senior management has immediate family in the company head quarters frequently which is strange.

    Pros

Very Dynamic! Absolutey at the forefront of technology. They have several patents out. If you want to learn, and be pushed forward - this company is for you. If you want to slow down, don't bother! Excellect mentorship, Opportunity to meet with different kinds of people and customers Open to ideas and they will always make time to listen if you reach out and ask. Lots of employee activities throughout the year like the Health and fitness program, Happy Hour, Thanksgiving, annual picnics and parties. You work hard / Play hard and grow as you want to.

    Cons

There is usually several projects that you may get assigned to. Lots of things pop up that you did not expect and you have to adapt. The plus here is you will get lots of training for anything you're asked to do. So in short - may not be for people who want to sit in one project for a long time. But there are long term projects as well - depends on what you applied for and where you are placed. So ask!

    Advice to Management

Keep reminding the employees that you are there to mentor and continue to pay attention to what each person wants. Sometimes its different, so ask the employee what their aspirations are
