Metropolitan Parking Supervisor in Montreal, QC (Canada):   (Past Employee - 2007)

    Pros

Treated decently, but nothing exceptional. Nice office. Friendly enough people. Nice office furniture, free coffee. Other people in the company aren't exceptionally educated, but they are nice. Upper management is friendly enough to staff. Nice building in central montreal, just a few minutes' walk from the closest metro station. Easy access via the bus system.

    Cons

Salary isn't in middle competitive range. No benefits. Unless you count free coffee as a benefit. It's a lot of stairs to climb to get into the company, unfortunately. As far as execs/sr management is concerned: Do better. How about giving a better salary to staff - execs and sr management are exceptionally well paid, I don't think it's unreasonable that staff get competitive salaries as well.

    Advice to Senior Management

Do better. How about giving a better salary to staff - execs and sr management are exceptionally well paid, I don't think it's unreasonable that staff get competitive salaries as well.
