    Pros

    Great company to work for. Exceptional management in my department. Communicative, productive, and eventful. Team input is very important, and keeps the department vibrant and engaging.

    Awesome benefits, lots of friendly and dedicated co-workers. I love working at this company.

    Cons

    The only con I can mention, is the lack of synergy between departments. This should be ironed out soon, it merely seems temporary.

    This is something every company has, and is just something that happens from time-to-time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Possibly hire or train more Directors of departments. The work and efforts done by employees are exceptional and all prevalent, but sometimes there's trouble communicating all this progress with other departments.

    None i hate this place so much if i could give zero stars i would.

    Cons

    Bad mangmt, calling people to collect on mon cancelable contracts that were approved on deceptive schemes from vendor and they just turn a blind eye!!

    Pros

    Co-workers that are going through the same abuse that you are. There is quite a comradery that occurs when you are all going through the same thing. The benefits were not bad.

    Cons

    Where to begin? Let's start with the company in general. Go to the BBB and look up Timepayment, microfinancial or better yet, leasecomm. These are all names the company goes by and looking up reviews will give you a good idea on their practices. Lets just say that customer are not happy. They will call you and swear at you and threaten you and your supervisor and manager will think this is acceptable treatment for your $12 an hour.
    The Management is just as if not worse than the customers themselves. They set unrealistic goals that are unatinable, they play favorites and they do not care one bit about anything but themselves.
    If you make the mistake of starting there, they make you wait three months in a review period before hiring you but here is where things get very shady. They make you go through a temp agency and after the 3 months is over, they will tell you they're still not quite sure so they will extend you another 3 months but then they switch you to another temp agency. Then sometimes, if the person is gullible enough, they will do it again and move you back to the first temp agency. The reason for this? They avoid having to offer you health insurance for the past 9 months and since most people dont make it that long in this company, imagine all the money they save by doing that?
    Forget going to HR, they don't care. They dont even know what they're doing. I would really love to see the federal government get a hold of this place because I would bet my life on the fact that they do not follow correct procedures and they should be shut down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start treating people like human beings.. Clean up this place, get rid of the managers who cant manage, take a big look around and see how massive the turnover rate is here. Most people don't last a month, some don't last the day. There is a huge problem with the way things are run and it wont be long until someone does something about it.

    decent benefits, new office building, strict hours (no overtime unless you want to), access to gym, friendly receptionists,

    Cons

    management breeds corporate arrogance and pretty much trickles down to just about everyone in the company, your values are worthless in this company and ceo and the rest of the higher management are happy to walk past you without saying hi, high turnover rates in collections, operations standpoint - absolute disaster. just about every single department works in a short-term scale, and girls in the vendor relations still are very snobby and difficult, expects you to work on your time. childish bickering back and forth can be heard in between department heads, and the higher management is disconnected completely from everything that goes on in the company. stay away from this company because they always hire from external candidates because most of the employees only have worked there long enough to know that they hate it there. they just opened up the california office which was horribly planned financially and operationally.

    have a look at yourselves and really think why there are so many employees quitting or are miserable if they are there, fix operations and make a major overhaul since just about every department is dysfunctional in their own ways and the communication is horrible in between the departments. erase corporate arrogance you exude to other people within the company. make HR more efficient since they hire without any consideration for the short-term. look more long-term and sustainable ways in which company can grow organically.

    Pros

    The training they provide is very helpful and gets you prepared to make an immediate impact with vendors. They have a large crm system with thousands of potential vendors to call on.

    Cons

    Management is disconnected from what actually goes on within the company. The vendor relations department act childish and will throw you under the bush without thinking twice. They are all girls that carry attitudes and feel like everyone within the company should kiss their toes. Stay clear or they will bight your head off. Decisions are made without considering how sales will be impacted. Sales(Business Development Manager) are on an island by themselves and have no support from anyone else within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get the office to work as a team instead of having large walls between departments. Without everyone working towards the same goals the company will not grow to the level management expects.
