MicroStrategy Reviews

Pros
As it is still considered a small to medium sized company you are able to learn a lot by wearing a lot of different hats. The work and environment is very dynamic. Executive Management has begun to host quarterly online webcasts to communicate to the sales force. Great product and technology. Customers are satisfied.
Cons
Doesn't support continued professional education. Additionally, it would help immensely to have more communication interdepartmentally. International communication could also improve. Not enough training. The company should match more on the 401K. Also the CEO has a lot of power to the point where it's micromanaging.
Advice to Senior Management
Management should take the time to speak more often to the employees and get more feedback. Processes and procedures should be simpler and more clear. Get SalesForce.com
