Pros – Good direct client requirements. Sometimes commission is good.

Cons – Salary is very less. Insurance is not that good.

Pros – No pros. The founders are the most cunning people you will come across. They bribe their way in to most projects. so pro is that there is some work to be done.

Cons – management. they will preach that we all make money but they will squeeze you in every possible way.
paul and nirmal, the two founders are two faces of the same coin. always play good and bad cop.
they both firmly believe that no one else should make money.
There isnt one single person in the company that likes them.
