I have been working at Microscan Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great work atmosphere where employees can expand and or enhance their skill sets. Management treats employees great and hard work is rewarded.

    Cons

There is nothing to say bad about this company. It's a small entity (200 employees) owned by a big company. Like any small entity, there is no buffers to hold for economic downfalls.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Microscan Systems full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

People are friendly and a pleasure to work with. Lots of events and employee wellness. Promotes well from within and offers a good education package. The people are the best part of the Company. Middle Management is supportive.

    Cons

Pay is low and benefits are just average. Need to invest more in Marketing and support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show more leadership and pay employees more than below market value. Offer more employee incentive. Change Bonus structure so it is attainable.

    Pros

    Leader in the market
Good place to work if you're a strong EE and good problem solver,
In the past it's been a good solid company to work for, I think management is in flux right now.

    Cons

Undefined culture, lack of leadership at the top.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Secure a leadership team that is able to build/maintain confidence in the market and with employees. Clarify your goals and strategy (both short and long term), increase/improve communication to employees so they have confidence in your vision and in you personally.
