Give business unit more autonomy, and fully responsible for business results.
Look ahead, keep on innovating, and forget how you succeeded in Windows. The world is changing now.

People's respect each others. If you can do a good job, others would recognize it.
You have plenty of technology talks.

The salary is not good enough, considering the competition among local company.
The company does not grow fast enough, so you don't have the feeling of parts of great innovation.
The work and life is not balanced. Used to work till 8:00 PM.

Please don't push too hard for the results. If this case, no one would have the time to learn more knowledge and gain technical growth

the team where I'm in is too number focused (even not result focused). The number really drives me crazy. Those numbers in many angles do not fully reflect the actual business situation and it actually can hurt the company and also employees
