    Pros

    Driven, hard working individuals who care about the company, the product but also the society that they live in - Microsoft doesn't make products to just make $$$'s - but to try and improve the world.

    Can be very (Redmond) US centric

    I have been working at Microsoft as a contractor for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great Facilities, loads of work and it's a good environment to work in.

    Cons

    No Benefits for CSG
    Can't get any extra Training
    No Career Path or Progression

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow some extra training benefits to CSG, as they will work for you for years, and yet will not grow enough to make your business better. Why make only 20% of your work force better, when you can make 100% better?
