I have been working at Mid Hudson Medical Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – The economy is bad, so healthcare is the place to be. Friendly coworkers make it a nice place to work.
Cons – No performance reviews and no raises. Very little in the way of work incentive or job security.
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management seems to do a good job, but lower management could be much better. The next time you hire a site manager make sure they have expierance in healthcare.

I have been working at Mid Hudson Medical Group
Pros – From the mgmt down, very professional and supportive of staff members, peers are easy to work with and support each other.
Cons – See below for management's view
Advice to Senior Management – Watch out for gossipy and problematic employees...especially those that have been there a long time and can make it difficult for newer employees by saying things that should be kept to themselves regarding management, work envirnment.

I worked at Mid Hudson Medical Group
Pros – Compensation was good. Peers were enjoyable to work with. Immediate supervisors were good for the most part. Work conditions and equipment were well maintained.
Cons – Upper echelon corporate heads were inapproachable, uninformative , and depended on negative feedback from flunkies who used their positions to climb upward while discarding and throwing away those that really cared about patients.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employees and subordinates about ideas. Promote from within without depending on tattling underlords trying to get ahead. Give positive feedback. Try not to live by the almighty buck for once and care about patients and families.
