    ability to impact change, flexible schedule, close knit teams, conservative, private style banking, real relationship building with clients and upper management, great technology, forward thinking, strong values, supports its staff, long term employer

    not a lot of growth potential because its small

    Pros

    You have the ability to go your own way and you're given the leeway to do whatever you deem necessary, as long as satisfying the client, comes first. You're allow to make mistakes and errors, but in other companies, you're not always alloted that opportunity.

    Cons

    Sometimes the "Middleburg Way" is the long way around. Internal processes can be a bit taxing.
