    Pros

    Nice working environment. Great products. Often allow partial work at home option depending on position. Have many different departments to work within. Values long term employment.

    Cons

    Could be more responsive to inter-office issues. Only offer limited number of corporate holidays v

    Listen more closely to employee input & commentary.

    Pros

    Health care coverage, mostly great customers

    Cons

    Management, salary, bad communication, cheap laptops, bottom of totem pole and treated like it.

    Advice to Management

    First pay and increase pay appropriately for this kind of work. Pay is same in low cost of living areas as well as high cost of living areas, raises don't even keep up with inflation. Seasoned and experienced workers make less then people mopping floors. The management adds more responsibilites month after month, the job is unrecognizable after about a year. The pay doesn't go up. From trainee to senior technician pay is the same. Upper management has not done this job and doesn't care to know how this job is done. Hire management who knows what they are doing and focuses on real work.

    Pros

    Growing company in the U.S. with opportunity for advancement into new career roles. Especially at national headquarters. Good work environment and most people in organization are eager to help each other out. Good benefits package and stable company with conservative, yet reliable growth plan.

    Cons

    Pay is low compared to other companies in industry an hasn't kept up with inflation. Hard to advance due to limited opportunities outside of U.S. headquarters due to limited job roles.

    Pros

    Miele lebt das Motto immer Besser , der Qualitätsanspruch ist sehr hoch auch an die Mitarbeiter dieses Zeichnet das Unternehmen im Handeln aus

    Cons

    Leider gibt es nicht viele Nachteile bei Miele , die Unternehmensleitung fällt keine strategischen Entscheidungen aus dem Bauch raus so das alles was passiert gut durchdacht ist

    Führungskräfte Nachwuchs in allen Bereichen fördern nicht nur die studierten War of Talents
