    I have been working at Miele full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Growing company in the U.S. with opportunity for advancement into new career roles. Especially at national headquarters. Good work environment and most people in organization are eager to help each other out. Good benefits package and stable company with conservative, yet reliable growth plan.

    Cons

    Pay is low compared to other companies in industry an hasn't kept up with inflation. Hard to advance due to limited opportunities outside of U.S. headquarters due to limited job roles.

    I have been working at Miele full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Health care coverage, mostly great customers

    Cons

    Management, salary, bad communication, cheap laptops, bottom of totem pole and treated like it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    First pay and increase pay appropriately for this kind of work. Pay is same in low cost of living areas as well as high cost of living areas, raises don't even keep up with inflation. Seasoned and experienced workers make less then people mopping floors.
    The management adds more responsibilites month after month, the job is unrecognizable after about a year. The pay doesn't go up. From trainee to senior technician pay is the same. Upper management has not done this job and doesn't care to know how this job is done. Hire management who knows what they are doing and focuses on real work.

    -Motivational Boss
    -Given trust and responsibility

    -Poor commission
    -Don't work for them through a recruitment agency, work for them directly
