Former Employee - Housekeeper in Renton, WA

    Pros

You get to know everyone quickly.

    Cons

You are left to do all the housework even though there is a lead to help you, there putting you down. Underpaid, sexually harassed by other woman, placed as unimportant and your words don't matter due to the time of employment if you advise management of any issues. If a lead lies and blames anything on you, you will disciplined. You are treated as a slave, the gossip is painful, it was torture working there, High turnover. 3/week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember that you have a company due to your employees and clients. If you can't value that, maybe you shouldn't be in the business.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
