Pros – The people at Mikimoto are great! They treat you like family. You form a bond that grows with time. Management is very attentive to your needs and flexible when you require time off.
Cons – Compared to other companies in the job market, their salary base is pretty low. Try negotiating before accepting the job since their increases every year are minimal.
Advice to Senior Management – They need to offer a more competitive package. The market is starting to pick up and most job offers come with a much higher salary base.
