    Recommends

    Pros

Great university to get to know Europe. Most of the professor are involved in international project. Lectures are mostly based in practical cases.

    Cons

Not a lot value added in lessons. Lack of use of software and IT solutions. Not a great valuation system

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Free time, innovative research, friendly environment

    Cons

No career possibilities afterward, if not in academia (and it is difficult either way)

    Advice to Management

    Incentives...

    Pros

High level of expertise of Professors. Good connection with top tier international University. Good connection with Italian high tech companies.

    Cons

Poor level of PhD courses: poor materials, poor lessons and poor evaluations. Poor comunication among different groups. No money for cutting edge instrumentation.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest the following things: 1) look at US top tier universities and to copy the best of them 2) stop complaining 24/7 on the lack of money 3) invest on the people and don't exploit them
