Current Employee – been working at Milestone Counseling Services
Pros – Executives are genuinely concerned about staff and clients. There is an opporunity to get to know staff from remote locations.
Cons – The flow of communication is not always clear. Cross-functionsal communication is sometimes lacking or non-existent. Some individuals are not always willing to share knowledge.
