    Pros

    If you are motivated there is a real opportunity here. Top notch training on cutting edge technologies. Somewhat flexible work schedules, real family oriented.

    Cons

    Some of the management may seem off-putting. There will be expectations, some of which may challenge you, if you want something easy look elsewhere.

    Currently doing a good job but invest more in and incentivize all of your employees. A little goes a long ways.

    Pros

    1. You are working on cutting edge technology
    2. You are working with Fortune 100 clients
    3. It is a family oriented business understanding of needs of family
    4. They are very flexible on hours worked

    Cons

    1. Management is very secretive
    2. Management is not growth oriented.
    3. Management isn't interested in funding equipment for training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Spend more money on better equipment and more equipment.
    2. Consider growing geographically
    3. Develop talent internally by creating positions for product experts.
