Diversity and job security are positive
Cons
Opportunities for advancement are limited. Japanese culture (and business environment) prevails across worldwide subsidiaries which would be better suited with a culture befitting their competitive environment.
Advice to Senior Management
Do not be so slow to make decisions and become more innovative to take advantage of market opportunities quickly

Work-Life Balance and good benefits.Opportunities to interface with worldwide offices.
Cons
The heads who are brought in from overseas headquarters to run the company are inexperienced and find it tough to manage and lead daily operations in a foreign, fast-paced work culture. This results in lack of proper direction and growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire local talent to lead and manage operations and speed up decision making.
