Great pay and a chance to help students

    Cons

Sometimes you have to work until 8 pm once a week but other than that it's none

    Pros

The entire department just finished an employee overhaul and the employees remaining are wonderful. I got along very well with my coworkers and almost always had a steady stream of clients.

    Cons

The pay is good if you mainly do Swedish. I do mostly therapeutic/deep tissue but I did not get paid more for using more pressure with my clients. My regulars were always very appreciative though and tipped well.

    Pros

Caring people who truly want students to succeed. Everyone deserves a second chance. This is a good place to get that.

    Cons

A few people drag down the rest. This is so unfortunate, because the majority want to learn, teach, share, and succeed.

    Advice to Management

    Focus forward. Slow and steady.

    Pros

Great to work with motivated students. Schedule was flexible although it demanded teaching days and nights. Some of my co-workers were awesome to work with.

    Cons

Asked to perform deeds that were unethical and dishonest. Undermined by staff who were willing to provide false data. Provided honest answers during an internal audit and then was let go along with other staff who expressed concerns.

    Advice to Management

Learn from the history of Corinthians College and stick to the rules. Do not punish staff who are honest. Evaluate for corruption at high levels within the company.

    Pros

Great pay, friendly management, exterior looks great.

    Cons

Parking is difficult. Health benefits are too expensive for the quality you receive. Building is run down.

    Advice to Management

Micromanaging is not a positive way to manage.

    Pros

The pay and some of the coworkers

    Cons

Terrible toxic environment, the so called management team (a big joke) only care about money and not the students. They prey on low income people, mainly the African American community. Most instructors are not qualified to teach and are asked to pacify the students just so they will remain in school. The enterance exam is a joke, an individual can take it an unlimited number of times until he/she passes. Employee morale is very low because the faculty and staff deal with a lying management team daily. If anyone is considering working there think twice! The logo should be Destroying Futures Destroying Lives instead of changing futures changing lives.

    Advice to Management

    STOP LYING!!!!

    Pros

its a job that if you need to pay bills, then it is ok. other than that, it was terrible with terrible leadership from a failed company.

    Cons

the leadership is terrible and it was also derived from another failed company which had gone out of business and filed bk due to misleading and non scrupulous activity.

    Advice to Management

the management should all quit, find leadership and ethics training. they should look in the mirror and stop running companies into the ground. they are terrible.
