Prosunderstand the need for work-life balance, great people, friendly environment

Consnot ideal location, too many managers and not enough recognition for regular workers

Advice to Senior ManagementPromote from within and be more transparent. It's nice to know what is going on and where the company is headed. Could also need a little looser purse strings, company does not like spending money.

A friendly, stale (creatively), and somewhat disorganized workplace.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe people really make up for most of the issues present at the company. Almost everyone here are treated like family and are all highly talented in their respective fields.

You get to work with some pretty big name big-box retailers; looks great on resume.

ConsWhile the pool of talent is incredible, the management and company direction does not understand the revenue possibility on creative aspect of the business.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
