I worked at MillerCoors as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Great work life balance, beer, and happy people. The culture is welcoming and helps develop you. There is an extensive training network available and a wonderful free fitness center.

    Cons

It is still a big company so bureaucracy gets in the way. The age gaps are pretty large too, but they are trying to change that.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep developing the intern program and bringing in millenials. It will be valuable in the future to have a new generation trained and ready to go.

    Pros

Great training program that involves travel to Milwaukee. Can make your own schedule and do any administrator work from home.

    Cons

No home office or daily one on one time with boss. promotions take place at least two nights per week, which you are required to attend.

    Pros

Great people, good work culture and what better product to represent than beer! I loved working in Golden too...There isn't anything I can say bad about the company.

    Cons

This is a tough one. I would say having the HQ in Chicago is tough because there isn't as many jobs in Golden.

I worked at MillerCoors full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good income, excellent leadership, good resources to perform a good job. You are surrounded by talented people from whom you can always learn.

    Cons

Head hunters are always tempting you with offers from other places. You can get a beer belly from trying your own products. A lot of pressure to deliver commitments. Generally offices are next to the production facilities which puts you far away from advertising agencies and other places you need to continuously visit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep on the good work, continue with the path of innovation.
