    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Milliken full-time (More than 8 years)

Exposed to highly developed customer's and systems. Progressive thinking, allowing for exposure to direct customer interaction. An employee must have initiative to gain knowledge and experience.

Operations were too distant from Division / Corporate HQ. Visibility for performance and success was very limited. With this, Division HQ would take credit of success stories, while penalizing on errors made (both by Div HQ and locally)

    Advice to Management

Beware of your Mid level management types. Buzz words and "smoke and mirrors" were prevalent in my Division (airbag manufacturing)
