    Pros

This is a company with rapidly changing business. Because of this there are plenty of opportunities to move up and do so quickly.

    Cons

Pay scale seems to be a bit lower than other companies in the same industry. May be related to CRM business model

    Pros

The money is good, but no raise unless you move up in the company. They offer benefits after 90 days. Very good environment there are TVs surrounding the work area. They want you to do well and enjoy your job. What other place can you watch TV and talk on the phone with a customer that you enjoy unless you get a meanie.

    Cons

There is a survey line after every call, it's not representative based and it could go against you at times.

    Advice to Management

Don't just fire someone because of the survey results. Actually assess the call and then come up with a legit plan to fix it. Not all call are because the rep was bad it because the customers want reps to do things outside of the rules and get mad then gives the rep a no on the survey. It's not right.

    Pros

Easy work, you get to sit down all day and talk on the phone to customers
A chance to be able to grow with the company, somewhat
    medical benefits
If you are able to learn other job roles you can always use that experience to apply for a better job
A lotta fly honnies work here which makes you want to come to work
    A lot of overtime available

    Cons

The place is like working in a high school environment.
If you are new its relatively easy to get fired and if you have high seniority you still have a chance to get fired and replaced by new blood
*advice would be to stay on your p's and q's about all rules becasue breaking just one will be the reason they let you go

They tell you that their are incentives for you to earn but the most intriuging incentives are impossible to earn. the rules have been changed after years of people barely hitting incentive goals and the company getting tired of compensating people

They are very anal about breaks. If you get a bad call and need a minute to relax this is not where you want to work

Mandatory overtime will last for months

HR can be rude at times, unprofessional, and clueless

This job will literally be what you make it. Make it a place to learn for a better position and you will be fine here. Make it a place where you expect to climb as much as possible and succeed, and you will be miserable. but it is a great place to work if you are fresh out of high school with nothing else to do.

My advice to anyone looking to work here or working here currently would be to keep a low profile and try to obey all rules, esp the petty ones.

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay rate
Have more discretion towards the people you promote to management positions
Provide people with a small break to relieve tension after a bad call less you want to make the contractor unhappy with services.
