company cares, sensitive to people

hard work goes unnoticed blue eyed poster boys are preferred
you have to be close to top management to get recognition this i know since I have worked here very long and hard with great aspirations and now looking out
Advice to Senior Management
don't be short sighted, think of all who contribute and be sensitive to great aspirations
don't be satisfied with labels of best employer etc which is meaningless
don't hype observe how far ahead the great companies are

Remove variable pay and notice the political gizmo and provide opportunities to all.

1. Good compensation.
2. Supportive HRs.
3. You are free to choose your way of working. No interference by anyone.
4. When issue arises, you will be given fair opportunities to explain the cause.
5. Employee friendly HR policies.
6. Will not be on bench for a long time as MindTree always has excess of projects.
7. Information flow at different levels is very clear.
Cons
1. You will be put in some projects in which your true expertise will not be required.
2. Few gets promotion just by "LUCK" [Management gives him/her promotion just to bill the client more] and others have to write exams.

While promoting someone, please follow fair rules. Do not give privilege to people who praises you.

1.One of the best service based company and employ friendly.
2.Gets every opportunity to choose the project you like.
3. Gets an opportunity to work with different clients environment like Google, Microsoft, CCH etc

1. No rotation of employee even working for the same client more than 3 years.
2. Less perks compare to market for the same role

There is lot of politics for onsite and promotion. Yoll get those if you can cajole your TL and manager.

Lot of onsite opportunities. Management is transforming now new leaders, They have a started good initiatives, Future of the company looks good.
Cons
This is present :-- Only they give more work no hike, Management is not good enough to handle projects, All issues will be poured on you, management is the first person to escape in case of escalation. They will ask developers to talk to the client and get it it solved. No learning, No process, No hike, No awards, No fun, No facilities.
