    Pros

Flexibility to work from home, good people to work with. Great benefits including time off

    Cons

Failure to retain talent/unwillingness to compensate employees that deserve raises/higher pay. Above average turnover (as of late) because of this which leads to remaining employees getting double amount of work. Company is slow to rehire.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees to retain good people which will help keep clients happy because of the good work being done. When you're not rewarding employees for their good work, they leave, things fall through the cracks, clients get upset.

    Pros

Great learning experience, friendly open environment, lots of parties and perks

    Cons

Hard to receive promotions, very high turnover rate so a lot of teams are understaffed which can make the workload overwhelming.

    Advice to Management

Keep teams staffed up, there is a reason why great people are always leaving.

    Pros

    Nice people work here
Opportunity to work on high profile accounts
    Access to many digital resources

    Cons

Management is not invested in your development, everyone is too busy to take time to actually manage and develop talent. Most work is operational and not innovative

Very long time to get promoted, company would rather lose employee than promote them. Management tries to sell that they love promoting employees, but actions do not match up with words.

    A lot of office politics

    Advice to Management

Focus on growing the skillset of your employees. Make flexibility in scoping to allow for promotions instead of waiting till an employee leaves for a spot to open up.

    Pros

The people are great. Everyone is close, friendly, and there's a spirit of togetherness, even if bonding over a not so great client experience.

    Cons

Standard hours are 9-6 but you end up working more hours than that most of the time and no one ever takes a lunch break. Clients are number one priority, the people come second.

    Advice to Management

Put more value on making your employees happy and balanced, otherwise they are going to burn it like so many others before them.
