    Pros

Mindshare has some great accounts (Unilever, AmEx) and the experience they provide is fantastic. The people can be great/smart, but it completely depends on the accounts you work on.

    Cons

The work to life balance is awful. The office is in a terrible location and is depressing to even walk in, let alone work in.

    Advice to Management

Quit pretending you care about your employees. It comes off as fake. Pay industry standard for talent and try to retain them. When you work here, expect to go to a going away party every week.

    Pros

Diverse environment. Lots of catered meals which means there's always free food on one of the many floors here. great place to start your agency life.

    Cons

Depending on what brand you work on the work can be mundane. A lot of the buildingis moving to an open floor seating concept which is a love it or hate it experience.

    Pros

    - A lot of freedom to see how high, in knowledge and level, you can go. - There is an opportunity to explore overseas positions; you just need to ask. - There is an opportunity to get sponsored for education; you just need to ask. - There is an opportunity to learn big data scripting languages - you just need to ask! - A lot of the times the younger talents tend to complain about a lack of opportunity, but the fact of the matter is these very same ones expect to be spoonfed.

    Cons

    - The remuneration is not good enough. If you're looking for talents with Silicon Valley credentials, you need to offer more. - Management needs to find a way to properly evaluate performance; why not do a 360 review, where peers review peers and associates can review managers?

    Advice to Management

Try implementing a 360 review process: ask associates to rate managers or those above them as well.

    Pros

Great environment and company culture. Very social and laidback. Many people have left the company and come back to Mindshare

    Cons

Mediocre pay, very little/no wiggle room in negotiating salary, in my experience. $100 off gym membership once a year, provided that you've spent at least $100 in the year, versus other companies that I have been told provide better health coverage.

    Advice to Management

Provide annual raises to those who are loyal to the company, better health benefits- specifically gym reimbursements.

    Pros

Flexibility to work from home, good people to work with. Great benefits including time off

    Cons

Failure to retain talent/unwillingness to compensate employees that deserve raises/higher pay. Above average turnover (as of late) because of this which leads to remaining employees getting double amount of work. Company is slow to rehire.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees to retain good people which will help keep clients happy because of the good work being done. When you're not rewarding employees for their good work, they leave, things fall through the cracks, clients get upset.
