Pros – Really fun environment, decent pay and fun brilliant people. There's ample resources to support think tanking new products.

Cons – Because the place is so good to work in, there is little room for vertical advancement since nobody leaves their roles.

Pros – We are some of the most passionate and energetic people I've been around in my tenure as a Software Engineer. We bring things to market very quickly, can change direction on a dime and have a true entrepreneurial spirit that most start-ups claim to have but very few actually achieve. We have a start-up feel but (get this) actually make money!

Cons – Having been at other companies, the cons are few. Working alongside people who grew up in this environment they really don't know how good they have it here.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to communicate changes regularly to employees...in fact, over communicate. Often times due to the business units being siloed we don't hear about or learn from experiences within and across different groups. HR does a great job in this area but would like to hear more from CEO and senior staff on progress.
