I have been working at Mindtree full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Being a mid-sized company, access to senior management is easy i.e you do have access to a 'bouncing bag' always

    Cons

Nature, scale and availability of projects can be a sitter

    Advice to Management

given the tough competition, and lack of service differentiators employee loyalty and retention should be one of the focus areas as well. Customer focus is anyways a given, but employee focus has never been attended to, atleast of late.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Mindtree full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work culture, one can have better work-life balance,

    Cons

Salary, not much opportunity, longer bench period, no suitable roles which is an impediment to the career progression

    Advice to Management

Reducing salary will not generate revenues or profits, think long term and have stronger Sales and Business Managers. If Managers are not able to get revenues, please do not try to take away or reduce benefits to compensate those. That only aggravate the situation.
