    Pros

Being a mid-sized company, access to senior management is easy i.e you do have access to a 'bouncing bag' always

    Cons

Nature, scale and availability of projects can be a sitter

    Advice to Management

given the tough competition, and lack of service differentiators employee loyalty and retention should be one of the focus areas as well. Customer focus is anyways a given, but employee focus has never been attended to, atleast of late.

    Pros

Cant think of Any. Worst JOB anyone can have

    Cons

Extremely unprofessional management from India. They are dictators and expected to work more than 18 hrs a day. THey hire US citizens just for the client facing jobs but everything is controlled from offshore

    Advice to Management

BE professional. Treat employees with respect..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Pros

    Benefits,
flexible hours (management will work with you)
    work laptop

    Cons

promotions - have to test to get advances.
salary - expected to work outside of 9-6 for clients but not compensated for it
    lack of higher end knowledge
    huge turnover

    Advice to Management

Management needs to realize that not paying market is the number 1 reason employees are leaving, reason number 2 they put software developers in to a QA spot or test automation after selling them that coming here they will develop on actual software in c# or java. then just leave them there till they quit not giving them any actual development experience.

moving to the promotion system.. it is crazy. US promotion is usually performance based, however for some crazy reason developers here have to take a test written in the corporate level (india) to get a promotion and a pay raise. these tests are archaic, very skill specific and no information to study with. finally at test time you are given a sandbox with no internet access and told to take this test (c# .net engineer has to know .net 2.0 specific commands for some reason with new software development)

while all that happens with the promotion stuff management has no issues with giving tasks assigned to that promotion level you can't reach but then saying i'm not a "lead developer or tech lead, or managment" so i can't move anywhere else (examples of this are very obvious, junior devs doing senior work, senior devs doing lead work, and lead work doing management's work)

if you (the person at the screen are reading this review and looking at gainesville FL) for a job.. if it's a c3 (module lead, technical specialist) and you aren't being offered senior level market rates.. run, run far and fast. if you are unsure, ask what competency you are in the company.
