    Pros

    Working environment is good and can expect fun at work.
    Good to learn for freshers, training is good, people are supportive and guides well.
    Birthday, Bash, Outings etc.

    Cons

    9 Hours mandatory even if you are on bench.
    Project not as per the skill set of the candidate.
    Lack of transparency in process.
    Salary increment is not so great.
    Attrition rate is all time high.

    Advice to Management

    Top management is extremely talented. But at mid range it's an area of concern.

    Pros

    Location was good for me. They provide work from home option which is useful. Apart from this I do not have any Pros to state here.

    Cons

    This has the worst middle management ever !! Any rule will be relaxed if you are manager's pet ! If not then no hike, no promotion nothing and you are made to slog and you are not respected ! Managers here have to be trained on professional ethics first.
     They have some mandatory exams to be cleared for promotions which do not hold any value outside the company. Employee skills are not valued. More than your work your relationship with the manager matters.
    Lot of politics goes on during appraisals. Many people are forced to work on projects which does't suit their skills.
    Resource management is very poor. No room for innovation or creativity. Managers are just bothered about getting the work done and do not encourage any new ideas.
    Many people leave the organization frustrated with their managers and attrition rate is very high.
    My recommendation will be - please do not even consider this organisation if you want to grow in your career !

    Advice to Management

    1. Please arrange training for all the middle management on soft skills, communication , professional ethics and team building and have a process to review their performance.
    2. Make the PF team an independent body and let them have some powers.
    3. Percentage of hike in the appraisal shouldn't be decided by the manager. It should be maintained uniform across the organization.
    4. Create more opportunities for people by getting larger , stable clients. Technical skills and work of the people should be considered rather than the number of hours they spend in office.
    5. All the feedback give during PLES and Exit interviews falls on deaf ears. Please have a mechanism to consider the feedback and work on it.

    Pros

    Professionalisam in work.
    Good top level management.

    Cons

    No transperancy in policies
    CTC will be decent but in hand what you will get is very low.
    You should know what are financial benefit you are entitled for and you need to fight with finance team to get it especially on onsite leave salary and gratuity once you leave the organisation.
    High attrition.

    Advice to Management

    Please change the recent policies.
    Make transperancy in policies.

    First few years was great, I learned lot from my first few years

    First few years Management was very good, Lat couple of years everything changed. Lot of politics, Incapable senior management. Entire culture in company is changed in last couple of years

    Respect people who work for you, Only Managers can't run the company

    Pros

    You never get second thought to change the company since everything fall in our way as long as do our best.

    Cons

    Sometimes to be over smart when situation demands.

    Advice to Management

    To be there in single assignment for long period, rarely get chance to work on different technologies. It is great if move employees on different technologies so that employee get chance to develop skills along with trends.

    Pros

    very very Employee friendly.. I have been worked in TOP MNCs in India where I was considered as resource... Mindtree is the only company treated me as an employer and a human being

    Pros

    Work with a lot of clients. Get chance to work on new technologies. Lots of onsite opportunities. Provides good training for freshers. Fun place to work with.

    Cons

    Need to give better hikes to existing employees.
    Most of the Pros mentioned above depend on the project and manager.
