    Pros

Very flexible with your school schedule. Great at understanding when you need time off (for the most part.) Fun people to work with, especially if you're in college. And both managers I've had have been great to talk to and respond very well when you excel at your job.

    Cons

A decent percentage of workers are there solely to do the absolute minimum and pick up a paycheck. So dealing with them can be trying at times, but most of them end up turning around or quitting. There is a slight attitude of "you're replaceable". Which is true, but it is not really obscured to you, as it should be.

  2. Great place to work during school.

    Pros

You start at a higher wage than most places and gain promotions faster than others. You also get paid weekly, rather than bi-weekly.

    Cons

I think the only con to this job is that so many people are hired and quit so soon. So it's hard to train anyone when you have to do it every two weeks.

    Advice to Management

Having a little more thorough interview process to weed out the people who are going to quit a week or two later.

  3. An okay place to make a half way decent salary but I wouldn't recommend it unless neccessary

    Pros

    flexible work schedule
decent benefits to full time management employees

    Cons

Coporate officers don't have a clue how things work on the lower end of retail
    terrible communnication
pay is substantially lower than less intensive jobs.

    Advice to Management

Learn to communicate with department heads about day to day situation. We deal with a lot of unecessary useless product that clam up our storage space and it makes us very inefficient. Contrary to your belief, your auto-shipping methods only hurt our profit margin.
