“Micro-Managed”
I worked at Minster Law full-time for less than a year
Pros – - Chance to develop organisational skills
- Team based set-up, sociable atmosphere
- Regular feedback from managers on performance and targets
Cons – - Work load often high
- Training of limited utility in fast track department
- Very micro-managed, which is great and necessary for the company overall, but restrictions to targets/rules etc. means that more talented members of staff are not utilised to greatest effect.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
