I have been working at Minuteman Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The staff and owners are truly wonderful people to work for. They are genuinely concerned about the well-being of the employees.

    Cons

The hourly wages that Minuteman Group are not competitive to what other agencies in the same profession pay. There is a lot of turnover as a result of non-competitive hourly pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go out and seek other clients and expand the business.

I have been working at Minuteman Group as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

based on CONS section theory...this might be a good company to sneak chinese PLA army spies into defense companies because they hide it so well that they are really a closet foreign-owned minority vendor company with an office in banglore (hypothetically) that goes around stealing intellectual property in US aerospace companies and placing the design files on USB thumb drives and transplanting it back to india and else where. (only theories mind you...based on the obviously strange practice of hiring an indian guy to answer the phone when obviously there's something corrupt and racist going on where over half the staffing companies in technology have been converted to the "minority vendors" club all with an office in banglore india.

    Cons

Obviously an india-owned "minority vendor" company, because some indian guy answers the phone. (see collabera or HCL America for classic examples of this) why a legitimate staffing company working in defense staffing would want to risk their reputation by doing something dumb like hiring an indian guy to answer the phones is beyond me. it instantaneously, makes people wonder if they are part of the india staffing club that only came to the US to hide and steal people's jobs, and break all ITAR export rules, because their identity is so easy to hide if they run back to india.
