Pros
Great place to work. Open work culture and support from senior management is good. As a first there are good learning oppurtunites as it works with the latest technogies.
Cons
Promotions and hikes are biased. Performance review is just for the name. HR policies are not that good. Compnesations does not match with the industry standards

Pros
Work culture is good. Its an open environment and can communicate with ease with the senior management. It encourages to put your ideas and views about everything.
Cons
Salary is not that good and there are some partiality for the promotions and appraisals. very few manager has technical knowledge.
Advice to Senior Management
Shall not be partial while doing the appraisal or salary review. Only few people are sent for every overseas oppurtunity. They shall be fair enough while seleting the people
