Details
Pros
They can give you a lot of hours if you want them. Also free lunch when ou work.
Cons
Low pay, long hours and making mediocre sushi.
Advice to Senior Management
If you want to grow as a company you need to invest in your workers and invest in your sushi. The quality must be much higher and the training should be better. Also make sure the managers know what they are doing. I was trained completely wrong. The low pay is why you lost all your good people and have such high turn over. Sales are going down for a reason.
