Details
Pros
- Atmosphere between colleagues (including management).
- Oportunities to learn from real experience and from failures.
- Chances to see and understand the big picture.
- Oportunities to develop your own ventures.
- The feeling of being an important part of an ambitious project.
Cons
- Even if it's growing fast it needs a bigger size to atract some skilled profesionals that are looking for a better known brand.
- There are not many opportunities yet for international exposure.
Advice to Senior Management
CEO is a very skilled and approachable individual. He has technical (engineer) and business (Darden MBA) education. He tries to bring the best out in people and never forgets to fight for a healthy life/work balance.
