Former Employee – worked at Miranda Technology

Pros – Great, relaxed atmosphere. A lot of autonomy. Flexible hours and a good company culture. Very helpful, creative and knowledgeable colleagues.

Cons – Some of the managers do not seem to possess the ability to manage. There is very little training for new employees, if any.

Advice to Senior Management – There are some middle managers that may need additional training on managing their employees. There are some procedures (travel booking) that could be streamlined in order to save money.

Pros – They use top of the line technology in their developpement. R&D have big power. Every employee is important and their ideas is always taken care of.

Cons – I have nothing negative to say about em. As a intern here, I were able to learn with a great team.

Advice to Senior Management – Everything is fine here. My manager take care of his employees and know what they needs. Great communication across the company.
