Very Bad experience

I have been working at Mission Critical Wireless

ProsStandard health (medical, vision, dental) insurance package, location in Lincolnshire/Chicago suburbs, all you get is free coffee and tea. You COULD have some great, friendly coworkers. This is a small company

ConsNot competitve compensation and PTO is very low. There is no system for evaluation; the company is still developing and is trying to adopt corporate procedures. There is a very high turnover here because upper management does not value their employees or is even aware of what goes on under their noses. Compensation is low for the industry, and there is overall low employee morale. People leave as soon as they find better jobs.
No 401K or retirement plan.
Inflexibility; difficult to request time off.

Advice to Senior ManagementOversight and training of management while valuing employee contribution is direly needed. Upper management needs to be more aware of the roles and responsibilities of all employees in the company.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

This is a young company without defined policies toward its employees and is a chaotic stressful environment.
