“Mission Graduates is a Model for Great Organizational Culture”
I worked at Mission Graduates
Pros – Mission Graduates is a fantastic place to put your energies in exchange for both money and the satisfaction of doing some good in the world. The organization attracts dedicated, passionate, intelligent and creative people who are great to work with. The org culture is one of integrity, transparency, and is very non-hierarchical in its decision-making processes.
Cons – Downside? Same as for all nonprofits - the funding situation is less than stable, the pay is less than the private sector.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay the course! Keep the organizational culture creative and transparent. Continue to let the leadership and initiative of others shine through!
